I, the customer, understand that all custom orders are not refundable and that using low resolution images can impact the visual appearance of my custom product. It is my responsibility to use high resolution images, and MDCC is not accountable for any unexpected outcome. I also confirm that I have the permission to use any copyrighted images and I am solely responsible for their use.
